The Ministry
Power House Ministry Training School is focused on maintaining and ministering to your whole person (Body, Soul and Spirit). PHMTS is a unique, but, beneficial schooling for those who are considering full time ministry or have a heart to serve in church and community.
Have you ever considered joining a Bible institute or college seminary, but wanted to be a doer of the Word and not a hearer only? PHMTS wants to help bring that knowledge and desire to life. What you really need is to be part of a ministry training school that will provide you grounded academic instruction and give you the hands-on experience necessary for ministry.
Power House combines this training with "on-the-job" experience, giving you a well-rounded view of ministry. This blend of discipline and awareness will take you through the Word, prayer, church administration, evangelism, discipleship, and academic study.
The unique teaching and training PHMTS provides, will prepare the student for their own personal ministry, local chruch ministry or ministry in the workforce.
PHMTS is not for everyone. It is for individuals that are serious about fulfilling Gods call on their lives.
Curriculum
IBI (International Bible Institute) is the curriculum of choice for higher learning at PHMTS. Many churches, accredited colleges and seminaries recognize IBI.
The curriculum is comprised of 32 prominent scholars and will be taught with audio, syllabus and class proctor. The course study includes Genesis to Revelation, How to Prepare Sermons, Life of Christ, Bible Prophecy, Church History, Personal Witnessing and many others.
Credentials
As a student, every year you will receive a certificate of completion for hands-on ministry and after you have successfully accomplished your second year of training, a ministerial license is awarded. Upon graduation, a diploma of Biblical Studies will be presented and you will be eligible for ordination licensing.
Financial Obligation
One full year's tuition covers two semesters. If you would like to know costs and payment information contact us at contact@powerhousechurch.us. Due to the range of costs of mission's trips, this fee may not be included in your tuition, although there will be opportunity to raise the necessary funds.

Extra Curricular Studies
Extra curricular studies and hands-on experience (electives) are given as to further development in ministry and will be on-going during internship with the ministry. These specific subjects include a Certificate of Completion.
Housing
If you are from out-of-town and need a safe environment for your spiritual growth please call or indicate on the application that you are in need of a home opener. Because housing may be limited, financial assistance from home opener may be requested.
